Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
In this document, the following terms have the meanings below:
- • IziWeb - the provider of automation and SEO optimization services
- • Client - the natural or legal person using IziWeb services
- • Services - the automation, SEO audit, and web development services offered
2. Object of the Contract
IziWeb offers professional business process automation, SEO audit, technical optimization, and web development services. Services are personalized according to the specific needs of each client.
3. Obligations of the Parties
3.1 Obligations of IziWeb:
- • Providing services according to agreed specifications
- • Compliance with established delivery deadlines
- • Confidentiality of client data
- • Technical support during the contract
3.2 Obligations of the Client:
- • Providing necessary information for service provision
- • Payment of contracted services on time
- • Active collaboration in the implementation process
- • Compliance with technical recommendations
4. Prices and Payments
Service prices are established through the commercial offer. Payments are made according to agreed terms. In case of late payments, penalties may apply according to current legislation.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights over developed solutions remain with IziWeb, unless otherwise specified in the contract. The client receives the usage license according to agreed terms.
6. Confidentiality
IziWeb undertakes to keep the confidentiality of all information received from the client and not to disclose it to third parties without the client's written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
IziWeb's liability is limited to the value of contracted services. IziWeb is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit of the client.
8. Contract Termination
The contract can be terminated by either party with a 30-day notice. In case of serious breach of contractual obligations, the contract can be terminated immediately.
9. Applicable Law
This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably or, otherwise, by the competent courts of Romania.
10. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions enter into force upon acceptance of IziWeb services and can be modified with the agreement of both parties.
